All employers are legally obligated to organize OHS affairs. The modern OHS system rests on understanding all the benefits of risk management. It is important for managers/leaders to be aware that their role is key in the OHS system.

We invite you to a workshop where we are going to check some of the tools for raising awareness and responsibility of managers of all levels, for the state of the organization’s OHS system.

Method of implementation:
Experts from “Tehpro” will do introductory presentations on key issues, after which we will discuss some of the tools and examples of good and/or bad practice.

Goal:
Developing awareness, responsibility and cooperation in the process of constantly improving the state of occupational safety.

Targeted audience:
The workshop is intended for all those who directly deal with health and safety issues, especially employers, OHS experts, legal entities and entrepreneurs with licenses in the OHS field, occupational medicine specialists, representatives of unions and employee representatives (boards) for OHS, managers of insurance companies, labor inspectors and others.

These days we talk more and more about stress. We all feel it, but the question is, do we recognize it’s consequences, in time? Do we know how to fight it? Stress is, directly or indirectly, the biggest cause of absence from work. Expenses that comes from reduced work performance of stressed people, treatment and mitigation of the consequences of stress in the organisation are almost immeasurable.

That is why we invite you to join us on this seminar where we are going to discuss practical aspects of occupational stress prevention.

We chose this topic because practice shows that the state of OHS in companies decisively depends on the coordinated engagement of all managers and OHS experts. We want to contribute to the improvement of competence, awareness, and leadership of all subjects in the occupational health and safety system. The main questions for discussion are:

• compliance of the OHS system in the RS with the requirements of ILO and EU and the vision of further normative regulation,

Since 2006, our Education Center has been implementing courses for taking a professional exam in the field of occupational safety and health in the Republic of Serbia. So far, we have organized 110 groups and a large number of individual trainings. After our courses, over 3,600 participants passed the professional exam.
