WORKSHOP IN THE FIELD OF OCCUPATIONAL SAFETY – MANAGER ROLE

All employers are legally obligated to organize OHS affairs. The modern OHS system rests on understanding all the benefits of risk management. It is important for managers/leaders to be aware that their role is key in the OHS system.

We invite you to a workshop where we are going to check some of the tools for raising awareness and responsibility of managers of all levels, for the state of the organization’s OHS system.

Method of implementation:
Experts from „Tehpro“ will do introductory presentations on key issues, after which we will discuss some of the tools and examples of good and/or bad practice.

Goal:
Developing awareness, responsibility and cooperation in the process of constantly improving the state of occupational safety.

Targeted audience:
The workshop is intended for all those who directly deal with health and safety issues, especially employers, OHS experts, legal entities and entrepreneurs with licenses in the OHS field, occupational medicine specialists, representatives of unions and employee representatives (boards) for OHS, managers of insurance companies, labor inspectors and others.

Moderators:
Experts from Tehpro with many years of experience in organizing and managing activities of OHS in various organizations.
