Topic: Safety at work and labor law in the Republic of Srpska

Safety at work (OHS), as an absolute right based on work, is directly related to other rights, regulated by labor laws, health care, pension and health insurance, criminal code, and other laws. This is especially characteristic when we talk about specific forms of work engagement and protection of vulnerable categories of employees: workers in temporary and occasional jobs, workers engaged through agencies and youth collective, foreign workers, young people, students, persons with disabilities, elderly people, maternity protection, etc.

OHS practice shows that it is of utmost importance to understand all legal requirements and direct cooperation of OHS experts with legal and human resources in the organization.

Therefore, we invite you to join us at a seminar where we are going to discuss normative-legal and practical aspects of regulating the work status and prevention of health and safety at work of those special categories of employees.

Why this topic? Because it is extremely important, and there are several specific problems and dilemmas in practice that can arise. This area is a frequent subject of supervision by labor inspection, administrative and court disputes.

Method of realization: Experts from „Tehpro“ d.o.o. will have introductory presentations on selected issues, as well as examples of good and / or bad practice. After which the discussion will be held.

Target groups: OHS professionals, lawyers and HR managers and other managers who participate in regulating labor-legal relations and are involved in OHS in any capacity.
